The Hotel-Dieu Saint-Jacques is a former hospital in Toulouse. Already running from the twelfth century on the left bank of the Garonne, it becomes the biggest Toulouse hospital after numerous expansions in the seventeenth to eighteenth centuries.

The building is registered and listed building in 1986 and 1988, and the last patients leave the building in 1987, now houses the administrative center of Toulouse University Hospital, and the European Institute of Telemedicine, European Centre research and skin epithelia lining and a museum of the history of medicine.

The Hotel Dieu is listed as a World Heritage Site as part of the Routes of Santiago de Compostela in France.
